A little more about Ammu :)
For those who do not know Ammu :) refer to all blogs under the same tag .....
Life has been busy ...actually maddeningly busy . After Rohit was born time seems to fly and beat even light ...Einstein would change his theory if he saw the pace at which my life has moved on ...
I was a mother for the past 8 years and then now am a mother of 2!!! When did all this happen :)
In all this rush there is one small person in my house i have neglected a little .....not because i actually wanted to but because i dont even get time to think !!
For a mother this is no excuse and for this i want to Apologise to my Ammu in public :( and i want to Thank her for being the angel that she is :)
From the day Appu was born till today she has shared her time with Appu . She has shared her mother , father , home , toys etc with him .
Children her age are capable of unbearable tantrums to attract attention to themselves and even harm their siblings who are getting all the attention .
But my Ammu does nothing of this sort ...
She understands when i dont read her stories because i need to make Appu sleep .
She understands when I dont listen to her school stories as i need to change Appus diapers or give him a bath .
Understands when i take her toys and give them to appu as he is the smaller one .
She understands when i shout at her for nothing as am tensed with Appus tantrums and adamant demands !
She checks the food cooked at home and outside and tells me "Amma dont give this to Appu as its too pungent( as her eyes fill with water due to the food she just ate ) or too sour or too bland .
She cleans the plate he gets for his biscuits with the end of her dress since the wipe cloth is too high for her to reach ( and gets a firing for bad manners and dirtying her dress !!)
She misses her favourite tv show because Appu wants to watch Chotta Bheem or Play school ...
She begins her day with a Good morning Appu and ends it with an Appu good night :)
She fights with Appu endlessly as he snatches everything she takes ....but when i scold or give Appu a small beating for the same her big round eyes fill with tears :(
She prays only rarely but when she does its first for Appu to always keep him happy or to make his fever better or that he gets his favourite toy that he just saw on tv ..
She laughs loud and silly when Appu does his pranks and bears them as well ....when he pulls her hair or punches ehr etc .
She understands when Manoj and me scold her for bad table manners or disobedience when actually in her world life is just fun and there are no serious things like table manners or neat rooms ...just silly loud laughs and songs that are sung without a care in the world !!!
I love you Ammu for being the perfect daughter .....since `with all that baby charm and her imperfections , her fights , her silly laughs , her tiny tantrums , her unending love , her love for paani puris and her round eyes that spill naughtiness , her silly ideas and her even sillier principles ........she become the most perfect little girl in the world .....
Thank you Ammu for filling my life with the Rainbow of LIfe ! I love you more than anything in this world !
